Quotes are an approximation and are not guaranteed. All quotes are based on information provided from the client regarding project requirements. Actual cost may vary once all project elements are finalized. If for any reason we are unable to provide a quote, the job will be billed per hour at $175/hour/technician. Reasonable effort will be made to notify the client of any changes to costs while project is ongoing.

 

If the vessel is not available or accessible when the technician arrives, a minimum fee of two hours ($350) will be charged to the customer, and the appointment will have to be rescheduled. Our technicians require water for services, please ensure access to water supply is available. Batteries are to be charged prior to technicians arrival. Boats with dead batteries will be billed an additional 15 minutes of labour.

 

Deposits will be applied against the final bill. All invoice payments are due upon receipt. Interest will be charged at 3% on all overdue accounts past 7 days.

 

There is no service charge to pay via e-transfer, cash or debit. All credit card payments will be charged a 3% fee.

 

Ownership of the parts remains with Black Fox Marine until payment is received in full.

 

We warranty our workmanship and parts for 90 days.
